SEATTLE, April 1, 2018 - The 1111 East Olive Apartment project was officially completed in April 2018. The project includes 80 new market-rate apartments, a 1,500 square foot cafe, and a new 10,000 square foot facility for the literary non-profit, Richard Hugo House.
