SEATTLE, October 2017 – A&D Partners LLC, an affiliate of Meriwether Partners, recently broke ground on the $56.7 million A&D/10 Clay renovation and development project at 2815 Elliott Avenue. The redevelopment includes comprehensively renovating the existing two-story historic landmark building and adding a new penthouse to it, which in total will provide roughly 32,200 square feet of commercial office space. On the adjacent surface parking lot, Meriwether is building a 62-unit apartment project with approximately 7,400 square feet of ground floor commercial space.  The project also includes one level of below-grade parking that will accommodate 60 stalls.

“We are targeting the higher-end of the apartment market with the 10 Clay development. It will feature refined design standards, larger unit sizes and high-quality materials that will distinguish it from the competition,” said Brian Oseran, principal at Meriwether Partners. “Residents will also have exclusive use of a large, thoughtfully designed rooftop deck that will offer spectacular views of Elliott Bay.”

Project completion is anticipated in 1Q 2019.
